I have an email saying my passwrld has changed and i dont have an account

I have had an email saying that I have changed my password and I do not have an account

Sounds like a potential scam. Password for what? Does the email contain a link you're asked to select?

If the email has arrived out of the blue and that you don't have a Sky email address then the chances are it is a scam email.
