I cannot turn off2 step authorisation on my sky yahoo mail I've been on many videos as soon as I go to my accounts it says we haven't got information please go to sky yahoo also haven't got my recovery code

The Recovery Code was displayed on screen and also sent to you by email. Without it you won't be able to turn off two step verification.

Do you save your previous emails as the recovery code was on the email you were sent (as well as being shown on the screen) when you first activated it. If you haven't then there is no way to retrieve it I'm afraid.
