I can send and receive emails on my o2 internet and on other peoples wifi but they will not send or receive on my sky wifi? Has sky blocked my email connection as i can get on google etc

How do you access your emails, do you login to the Sky website or do you use an app and what happens when you try to send or receive an email, any error message and if so what does it say ?
