I am getting a message saying cannot download content from server. I had an important meeting on the internet on Tuesday and I was unable to open the link until 8.30 PM.

Hi, I too am having difficulty with downloading of emails as the previous person mentioned. Mine is a gmail account through my sky broadband and using my iPad to access emails. I was interested to read there are "known problems" with iPads, that is news to me - but then most things are news to me - is there any way round it because my iPad is my best device? Thanks

Thank you for that very speedy reply
at the top of the incoming emails into my gmail address, which the images take ages to download (such as kindle books and Apple Books for instance - after about 5 to 15 minutes it says "your network settings prevent content from loading privately" then underneath it highlights "load content" which I do and then it works okay - thanks

How are you viewing your emails? Via an app/client or in a browser?
It does sound like a security setting somewhere needs changing.

It's just through the safari icon on my iPad. I've just come into a coffee shop, using their wifi and emails download instantly. - which is why I suspect my sky broadband setting need changing - but how?

To be honest I don't know - I've tried going through on my sky account to check but I don't seem to be able get to the correct section to find out

Thank you very much that link works. I seem to be set to "suitable for teens and over," which I would not expect to interfere with the opening of emails from the likes of Amazon and Apple, even Sky community, etc. would you recommend I change the settings to help.
