I can't send emails from my PC. I get account out of date messages. How can I fix this?

Depending on the app/client you are using, try with a generated password.

@Doogs57 if you can a cess your email via Sky.com using your browser, there's no problem, with your Sky account.

Which app/client are you using?

@Mark39.....sorry my bad...that error message was thrown up when I tried to access my email online via sky login....Aquamail stopped working here on my tablet and phone hours ago...though it was working fine earlier today!!  My wife's sky email is working just fine....visiting family in Dublin, but that shouldn't have created the problems...

İ am loathe to go changing skyid password....have tried generating the 16 digit password about 6 times now and I'm still unable to login to the server via Aquamail app

Suggests that your account has been locked, I say this as this happened to me a few years ago so had to reset the password to get it working again. If you don't want to change the password then all you can do is the phone the number provided to see if they can help you. It took 2 or 3 calls for me until I got through to someone who reset my password and it started working again after doing this.

Great...changed password, can access WebMail now...still can't get Aquamail to download from server though....

As you are no longer in the U.K. it could create problems.

Never heard of Aquamail, and their website appears to be down. I suspect that has somehow triggered a security alert at Sky|yahoo.

Their website is down at present:

Aqua-mail.com is DOWN for everyone.

So perhaps this is why you can't download from their server.

All sorted...was the Aquamail app.... Tried different app and all is working..👍👍😎😎
