I can't access sky yahoo to collect or send any emails. It asks me to accept and enable cookies but

I am struggling to access all emails or any site where I need to enter my email. It asks me to enable cookies. I can't do this due to it defaulting to reject all . I cannot access any site where I need to put email address in
