Discussion topic: I can no longer create a new folder in my email inbox. Why may that be?

I click on 'create new folder' but as I go to name the folder by clicking in the box, the keyboard disappears.

Have you tried using a different device or web browser as it is working for me.

Thanks for responding, at the moment I only have my mobile but I will try another browser. I think I know what that means 😆
