I am unable to get into my sky emalls, when I go into my sky emails, it tells me to put in the code,

I am unable to put the 2 step code in, it tells me to put the code in.  I need to get into my emails to get the code. what is going on, I can't get into my emails. Stupid🤔

Did you ever resolve the previous problem, or have you not been able to access you emails for the last 5 months?

@Mollie+lucas As explained when you raised this before, the verification code is sent by text to the mobile number you set up. It's not sent by email.

So whatx the problem are you're having with this?
