I am trying to set up sky mails on new motorola phone

I have a new phone and cannot set up my existing emails as don't know what server to use Pop 3 or IMAP. I keep getting cannot connect to server

Thank you for the info but it is now telling me my password and or username are incorrect. Neither of which is true as just signed onto sky with those credentials........☹️

Your username should be your Sky email address.

As for the password try generating a 16 digit one here as using this instead of your usual one:

When setting up the account choose Yahoo then enter your Sky email address & password. You may be asked to authenticate the account by signing in online - do this - once complete the account will automatically finish setup.

I have just tried that, name etc with password that opened the sky app and when I pressed next it says error 404 page not found. Still no joy but thank you for message

What is happening when you try to do this, is this when you are seeing the 404 error ?

Have you tried a different web browser ?

I haven't tried a new browser but have now run out of patience with the whole thing and resigning myself in not having access to my email on the new phone. Managed it on my old one though. Thank you for trying though.

There are other ways to access your emails, you could install the Yahoo email app or just login to the Sky website here:
