I am accessing sky yahoo emails online after leaving sky. I can't log in of course - can it be done?

I left sky so no longer have an account but still use their email app and webpages.  I have received some dodgy looking emails so wish to change my password but it looks like I need to log in which I can't of course.

You should still be able to change your password, just use your email address and password to log in with.
