How to fix Outlook 365 not connecting to Sky emails

I am using Outlook 365 to connect to sky emails but this has recently stopped connecting.  Reading the sky help I need to add an account and select connect, but I can't do this as Outlook reports this  "sky " account already exists. How can I fix my existing Outlook account to receive sky  emails?

Does it throw up an error mesage and if so what does it say ?

You may need to replace your password in Outlook with one you can gererate here:

@jayach Just wanted to say a BIG thank you for this question / answer. 

Logging into Yahoo email wasn't showing me any option to create a new app password.  So using this link I was able to generate one and get Outlook 365 working with both IMAP and POP3 server settings.  

I was extremely frustarted pulling my hair out and going round in circles.  So thank you so much for saving my sanity.  Very much appreciated.
