Delete the account & set it up again using the Yahoo option. Enter your Sky email address & password then you'll be taken to a confirmation screen asking if you'd like the app too access your account - choose yes. Then you'll be taken back to the Apple mail app & setup will complete. Otherwise create an app specific password via your Sky account - https://www.sky.com/sky-yahoo-mail/manage-apps?client=email
