Hi,
im trying to access my emails but the mobile number for verification is a very old number, how do I change this to regain access to my emails?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you kept a note of the Recovery Code as Sky recommended you can use it to turn off 2 step login, then set it up again with your new mobile number.
If you didn't, you'll need to speak to Sky. They have a team who can turn off 2 step login for you, but there will be a 21 day delay before doing so.
