Probably spam. What does the email ask you to do?

@Smitt  We would need to knwo the contents of the email to tell you if it's a scam or not, just an email address tells us nothing.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I have several, most are adverts asking me to add packages to my subscription (I have all but sports on my current subscription) this new one yesterday tells me 'it's easy to activate my 7gb sim & click here to activate' with a big activate button.

I've called sky and they say it's a scam however it looks literally exactly the same as their emails except the email address & at the bottom the green stamp has 'O sky Internet matters' centrally rather than in a green rectangle box to the left.

Hard to say for sure but they could be legit as it sounds like the first one is just trying to get you to add more packages to your account, are there any links in it that it wants you to click through ?
