Have two inboxes in my Sky Email account - this is logging in directly to the web interface

Have been using Outlook to group all my email addresses together - worked like a dream till yesterday when Sky emails suddenly stopped syncing. Removed the account from Outlook and readded it several times and eventually all was ok again. Today though have noticed that most of my sub folders have vanished - checked in the Sky Email web interface and I have two inboxes!! Also not able to move sub folders out of my duplicate inbox and into my inbox. Help!!
