Enail requisting click on link to update email as of 18matchbis it real?

Git an email saying from admin at sky looked wrong clicked on it and Kevin and Sue talk talk listed as additional sender? 

Email requests clicking on an update link as old version of sky email nor available after 28thmarch....not entirely sure its real looks all wrong so haven't proceeded with it ?

You're right not to proceed. It's a phishing email designed to get you to log in to a fake website, so that scammers can collect your username and password. Just mark it as spam, and take no further action.
