Emails say that they are unable to load content since switching to SKY boradband

Hi there and thank you in advance.

my new sky broadband connected today and ever since, when I open emails on my phone, there is a message at the top saying that 

Yoir network settings prevent content from loading privately.

underneath is a button to click saying 'load content' which it then does. However, I do not want to go through this process every time I access my emails. I don't believe it has anything to do with my phone as the only factor that has changed has been my wifi server

If your phone is an iphone go to Settings > Mail > Privacy Protection.

 

And turn off mail protection.
