Emails not being sent or received to my mobile

My sky email account does not work on my mobile, message saying incorrect password or username. I receive the emails to my laptop when I log into yahoo.

I have received a message saying my sky email will not work after the 4/08/25.

On your mobile if you use an app then you might need to generate yourself a 16 digit password and use this instead:

That could be a scam email you have been sent, there are two ways to check, does it say something like "Dear customer" or have a link in it that it wants you to click through, if you see either of these then that email isn't from Sky.
