Emails from 9 January until 14 September 2017 have disappeared from my in box but still receiving fr

emails from 9 January 2024 to 14 September 2017 have disappeared from my in box  but receiving from 9 January to now are ok please help

Sadly this does happen with Yahoo so have a read of this as it might be worth a try:

If they are restored then it would be advisable not to store all your emails in your inbox if this is where they were located, but instead set up separate folders to keep them in.

Do you have any Archive folder? If yes have you checked under that? Also check the deleted items folder/s.
