Email

Hi I'm leaving sky , but have the yahoo app on my phone, I'm using my email on a daily basis, but I've been reading comments that I have to log onto sky once a month for email not to close account, do you have to do this or can you just use the yahoo app instead  as it's easier

thanks

As I understand it, whether you log in via the sky.com website, or via an app your account will be safe. Sky would give you notice anyway, if they decided to close your account

I would have thought that you would need to login via here:

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

Perhaps set yourself a reminder to do this on the 1st of each month.

As you can tell, nobody is completely certain exactly what you need to do to keep your Sky email active.

Personally I believe any form of access is fine, as long as you do it at least once every 6 months.

Here's what Sky actually say:

See: SKY | YAHOO MAIL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

But @caesarome's suggestion to just log in on-line once a month seems sensible.
