I'm not receiving emails, I even sent one from my business email to my personal one but never got it. Any suggestions?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you can't see them via your online email account as per the link posted by @Mark39 are they in your spam/trash/bin folders.
If they are not take a look at these settings:
Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.
Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address
And again remove anything here that you did not setup.
If you have had to make then logout and change your password:
