No email from Sky would ever be addressed to you as "Attention User" as it would be addressed to you using your name. Sky would never send you an email out of the blue asking you to click a button in it to update something so remember these and you can't go wrong so just keep marking these as spam.

Yes 100% scam. Genuine companies will refer to you by name rather than 'Dear user' or 'Dear customer'. The 'Attention user' is designed to scare the recipient into panicking that there's something wrong with their account imo - scare tactics.

If you receive an email which you're unsure about just hover your mouse over any links, if the email is genuine then it'll show the genuine url; if a scam then it'll point to a totally different site to the written text.

Same with the sender's email, if you click on this then it'll show the sender's email, these scammers usually use a throwaway address from Google, Yahoo or other.
