Email that's not junk mail arriving in my spam mail.

Hi

I'm having an issue with certain emails that are arriving in my spam mail instead of my inbox example every year my gym membership renewal lands in my spam mail & I don't see it so when it's due for renewal in January I pay the full price then after speaking with them they put me back on my corporate discount is there a way to get this changed in my email so I receive it in my inbox!

The email is one of those donotreply ones.

I also have a problem searching for emails from the past i can only go so far back then I get the searching circle & can't go any further.

Hope somebody can help me with this?

Have you tried setting up a filter for the Gym emails so that they are directed to your inbox and also reported them as not spam ?

Do your emails from beyond when you are searching still exist on your account ?
