Email saying sky media account is set to be deactivated

Hi, I've just received an email as follows but not sure if it is ok or spam. Any help please ?

Your Sky Media account is set to be deactivated.

Dear Member.

Your email account is scheduled to be deactivated and will, in 30 days, be deleted.

The reason is that your mail account version has expired, and you have chosen not to update it.

The account name will be available for new creation after a "waiting period" of 160 days on a "first-come, first-served" basis.

If you want to keep your mail account, (removed)

If you do not want to keep your mail account, please disregard this message.
