Email Account might be closing

I have tapped on this link, and just get the message 

"Sorry

You can no longer create a new Yahoo Mail account via Sky."

I use the email semi reguarly, certainly every week, and have many accounts logged in using my sky email. I assume I will need to call?

Are you sure you are using the correct login details for the email account you are trying to access ?

@HelloDearie try closing all Sky webpages that are open and then clearing your browser cache (cookies etc). Then see if the link will open correctly.

Have received an email at 0.33 this morning asking me to verify my email by logging in, it doesn't look like a normal email from sky so wondering if its a scam.

@Carole63 if it's warning you that your email account is insctive and will be deleted, it's genuine.

Follow the instructions inmthe email to avoid the account being closed.

my sky id email is different to the sky email that was generated by sky for me, so I assume that must be the problem

I received an email from Sky ? this morning ( June 27 ) telling me that my sky email account is closing on Aug 4 and that if I don't use it soon I lose ' all the information in my inbox ' ??

First of all..is this really an email from sky

Secondly..I didn't even know I had a sky email account ending in '@sky.com'

Thirdly..if it is 'real' how do I access it.

They were provided by default with a Sky account for many years.

had an email from Sky saying they are closing my email address as we don't use it but it's my primary email address and use it all the time ??

I've had them on two different sky accounts saying the same but both are in use.

I suspect tht as there a totla of 5 emails in there..the last one was 6 years ago I can just forget about this. Thanks for the links.

As you have logged into your Sky email account online then you will have no further issues. Just make sure you do this on a regular basis if you want to keep your Sky email account active.
