Email being removed

Received an email today advising as I do not use my sky email account it will be deactivated.  Use it all the time.  Help n

The email has been sent to you as you have not logged in here for a while:

 

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

 

So this is all you need to do at least once per month then you can keep using it as you do via Outlook.

All you need to do to keep it active is to login in here to your online email account at least once per month:

That email is from Sky so all you need to do is to login here to keep it open then do this at least onec per month and then you will not have any issues:

I did & I kept getting an email with the same message.

I've just rung customer service & they apologised as they could see that my emails were being used & it was a blip in their system.

Well said. We need someone from Sky on here to clarify matters and also a further email from them confirming that our sky emails are ok now

I'm confused. I received the email even though I have logged on to my sky account and email many times in the last 6 months.

I have been advised by Sky tha confirmation emails that accounts won't be deleted if you have logged in today until beginning of July will be sent out in mid July

To keep your email account active you need to login via this link:

 

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

 

If you do this once per month then you will have no issues going forward.

Sky e-mail

Hi all

 

Got the following email from sky today - 

Your Sky email account is closing soon

Hello,

We’ve seen you haven’t used your Sky email account in a while (this is the one that ends in ‘@sky.com’).

We’re getting in touch to let you know that unless you start using your account again, it will be deleted on 4 August. This means that after that, you won’t be able to access your account or anything in your inbox.

We’d hate for you to lose anything important, so if you want to keep using your account, all you need to do is log back in before 4 August, and it’ll stay active.

 

I use my email every day so does anyone know why I am getting this email telling me that my email account is being closed because it hasn't been used for a while?
