Email not delivered from one person (so far)

I have recently discovered that I didn't receive an email from the manager at our nursery. She tried several times but I never received anything but she managed to send it to my OH successfully (who then forwarded it to me) I have previously had emails from their shared admin account, latest one was 8/1 but haven't needed to contact them since.

They investigated and apparently there was the following message:

 

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond.
Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their email system isn't accepting connection requests from your email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem. 

 

There are no filters set on my email, no blocked contacts

Which provider is the sender using - Hotmail, Gmail etc?

It's coming from the nursery domain name.

Does your other half also have a Sky email address or are they with another provider ?
