Email arriving in trash bin after hacking and no filters!!!
I've discovered that my email account has been hacked. Emails have been sent to all of my contacts asking about amaxon accounts. I have changed my password and set up 2 step verification. I have also been through all filters and settings and have found nothing, however, my new emails are arriving straight in to the trash bin?
Does anyone have a cure for this please?
Thank you

Re: Email arriving in trash bin after hacking and no filters!!!
If you're sure there are no filters in place moving Inbox items to Trash, you could set one up, to do the reverse - move new items in the Trash folder to your Inbox?

Re: Email arriving in trash bin after hacking and no filters!!!
It would usually be a filter causing this to happen so if there are none then all you can do is to manually move them emails to your inbox as I don't think it is possible to set up a filter yourself for this.

When you say you have checked all filters was this via an app/client?
It needs to be checked via Sky online. https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email
