There have been no more complaints recently, so possibly it's been resolved, or the "work around" of using the Yahoo servers instead of the Sky ones  is working for most people.

In your previous post, you said you had resolved it, so just what device and client are you using that doesn't work for you?

I'm interested if anyone else had success with the solution offered in post 36.
It's the only solution that worked for me.

@LotusGreg how do I get to this menu please on my Apple Map as going into mail settings it has Yahoo as the outgoing server but doesnt let me put in these details? many thanks

Sadly I'm no expert when it comes to Apple however, I did post previously this link to Apple help. Hopefully this will put you on the right track.

There is a further menu (via link) that shows how to change outgoing server settings.  I daresay that a bit of googling will bring more results.

I have MacOS Ventura13.7.8

 

There is no option to cahnge the incoming server settings.

That's for an iPhone.  I have an iMac.

My iPhone receives sky mail O.K.

Hi, this does not allow you to access/edit the incoming imap server.

Does anyone know why this is happening & how to fix it? Haven't been able to access Sky email app on my iPad since beginning of Sept and now it won't work on my iPhone either. Hae chceked the esttings as mentioned in a previous post & that's what my devices are set to?

I don't think any of us can say why some  are having issues such as yourself. You say you haven't been able to access your emails since the start of last month but you can access your account by logging in here:
