Change of contact number for two step verification

I contacted customer services about getting into my yahoo account as I had forgotten my password and my husband had ended my phone contract with my phone number on the account. I have not been able to access my emails since 14th May and this is causing me a lot of issues. O spoke with someone who said they would personally look after this for me and it would be resolved in around 10 day.

If you don't have access to the recovery code which would allow you access then all you can do is to try again via Sky,
