Am aware Sky changed working with Outllok - and advise that you set up with a special password which shouldmean you then dont need to keep signing in. When I try and set this up on Ipad it does not work. What am i doing wrong please?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAfter generating the 16 digit password are you then entering on your iPad to replace the one your Sky email account already uses. You don't need to do this if you access your emails via the Sky website.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt shouldn't be necessary on an IPad as the Outlook for iOS is compatible. Just make sure it is recognised as a Yahoo account and use your usual password.
It's only Outlook on PC, and possibly Macs. that need the generated password.
