Cant block unwanted emails

Everytime i go to block unwanted email senders its saying i have to upgrade to do this and this feature isnt available in my country yet

Ive tried spamming them but they keep coming back 

Any ideas people

I'd be grateful for any help

The idea with Sky email is that you can't block the sender of every unwanted email in other words spam as you have to report them as spam so that the system learns to keep these emails out if your inbox. Replying to these spam emails isn't a good idea as it is just letting the senders know that your email address is an active one.

I've not heard of that comment before, are you in the U.K.?

If these email are spam, blocking is completely the wrong way to deal with them.
