The verification code is send to your mobile phone, the number of which was shown on the screen so was this correct ?

I can't get the verification code it's supposed to get through my phone number but I don't get it

Why don't they just leave the verification code off or make it easier for people but they make things harder for older people i still can't log into my sky yahoo account or my sky yahoo emails

We have give you numerous pieces of advice but you keep ignoring us ?

If you made a note of your recovery code then when you next come to login select the "sign in with code" option at doing so will turn 2FA off and for the time being at least you should be able to login next time without these issues.
