Cannot sign into email as I dont receive 6 digit code. I have tried a number of times without succes

Unable to log into email as I dont seem to be receiving the 6 digit access code. Up until now I have not had an issue. Have tried several times this morning without success ?

@PeterB1951 

The only way to get access to your online account will be to sign in with the recovery code that was shown on screen when you set this up. So at the login select "can't sign in with the code" link. You'll then be asked for the recovery code. This will turn 2 step authentication off.
