Can't turn on Vacation Response

I have tried in settings to create an email for Vacation Response, but goes into error.  Need help in setting up a Vacation response.  Can you do this?  Is my account not set up for this type of email?

Doesn't work in settings, just says there is a problem and to return to inbox.

It works fine here. When do you get the message, is it when you click save?

Try using a different browser.
