Yahoo email fine this morning but for the last 8 hours it says the password is missing. When I go in to enter it I get a Skyid incorrect message. Everything is correct. Is this my problem or Yahoo or Sky?
any suggestions what to do apart from the dreaded ring Sky?

Can't sign in on that link either. Just get a Sky message saying we have encountered a problem with your account.

Find out moreDoes the message give you a number to call, if so you will need to call it as it appears your account has been locked so if this is what has happened it will have to be unlocked but this is where it can get tricky, not everyone at Sky appears to know how to do this so the key thing here is when you call them up just tell then your are seeing the account problem message when accessing your Sky account (don;t mention email). It might take a few calls to Sky before you get to talk to someone that know how to unlock your account.
