I've had a sky/yahoo email account for years and never had any problems. I went into the yahoo app on my iPhone this afternoon and got the following message -
I've tried logging in on 3 different devices and get this every time. I've called sky and spoken to 3 different people and no one seems to have a clue- they are taking details and serial numbers of my devices etc but I can't see how that can be the issue- they are apparently going to call back 24-48 hours but I need access before that.

Your account has been locked. Probably because of a suspected security breach.
You will need to keep trying the number shown, until you get an agent who knows what to do. It will involve passing security checks, and they will force a password reset on your account.
It may require calling a few times until you can get someone capable.

It may be best to just say you cant log in to your Sky ID, don't mention the email.
