Can’t get code as don’t have that phone no anymore

I have already gone into this a while ago and I can't get into my email as forgotten all passwords and have changed my phone number which I have informed you about, my new phone no ends 702. Maureen Penny

We are customer here @Glady2 but can help so did you have the two step authentication set up where it sends a code to your phone ?

 

If so then all you need to do is to use the recovery code that you were asked to make a note of when setting this up and use that to login then it will be turned off so you can set it up again using your new number.

 

To turn off 2FA sign in with the recovery code so at the login select "can't sign in with the code" link. You'll then be asked for the recovery code.

 

If you haven't got the recovery code then you will have to contact Sky but it will take them a little while to turn it off for you.
