I was last able to access my email yesterday that's what makes me think that it stopped working today which means I guess they have decided that some emails were being deleted or the email account and IDs were being deleted due to the fact that they weren't being used, but mine was I'm sure there was an email saying this, but I can't remember the exact  Wording as I'm registered blind I didn't pay much attention thinking it was spam

Prior to yesterday do you login to it on a regular basis ?

If you login to your Sky account here: https://www.sky.com/mydetails and select Yahoo Mail from the drop down menu in the top right hand corner and still get the same message, then I think you will need to contact Sky as it does seem only they will be able to correct it.

2 calls to Sky now and it has been referred to another department and it should be sorted in 3 -5 days, hopefully

Sounds unlikely to me, if it's a fault with the Mail app. That's for Apple to fix.

Hi, I have had issues accessing my sky email account once logged into the sky website.

I get the message :

skyidapp.sky.com can't currently handle this request.

When I contacted Sky, the advisor informed me that sky no longer use yahoo. I was then advised I couldn't gain access to my email and to open a new account elsewhere.

Some great sky customer service .

However, all is not lost. Thanks to some advice & help from a friend ( & definitely not sky), I regained access to my email account using Outlook. I have also managed to gain access via the sky website by changing browser from  Edge to Chrome.

Hope this helps someone else.

You are not the first and probably will not be told the last that Sky no longer use Yahoo, it is completely wrong as Yahoo do still provide the service.
