Sky Yahoo email no longer connected called sky twice can't resolve it told me to call Yahoo no is not ringing tried all day. Sky said no longer support Yahoo what do I do no one can help need sky email as this is one every one had

I have been having the same issue since Monday 27th May - I am unable to gain access to my sky email account and I have saved documents within it. I have had several hour long sessions with support team but they are unable to get me access. We get to the point where it keeps saying it is sending a verification code to my email (which I dont have access to).
Now I have to wait until Tuesday this time for a call back - I have asked for someone to reset my email and give me access but have been told this has to be escalated to see if it is approved!! If it is not - what then? If it is it could take up to 21 days? How can someone be expected to use Sky for emails with this service. This is affecting me mentally and I find it very worrying that nobody can help.

Yes it keeps saying it is sendinv it yo tgd email which i cang access. No matter what we try it wont send a code to my phone.

We have had the same issue. I've clicked the link about which takes me to it sending the 2 factor authentication but the numbers don't come to the mobile number listed.
what can we do?
my husband rang Sky back in May. They said it would take 3 weeks to sort but nothing yet

If the Verification Code is being sent to a number that you haven't specified then it's likely that your email has been accessed by an unauthorised person.who knows your username and password. They will have set up 2 step login to deny you access to your account. Have Sky got you to change your login password? As you've not heard back from Sky, I'd suggest giving them another call.

I've not had emails for a week now and couldn't sign into sky ..
I've just spent nearly an hour on the phone to Sky to a very patient guy who we hoped had resolved my problem but no ..I only have 12 emails on my iPad and although all my emails are on my iPhone it is not updating..
wWhat is happening I'm going to have to phone sky again and I was given ultra had and there's technical problems there too...come on Sky ...!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@wellf intermittent problems with the Mail app on Apple devices have been reported here for several months. Until Apple get round to fixing it, if they ever do, I'd suggest either using a different app or logging in online via sky.com. Other apps continue to work normally.

hi guys just to let you know I have the same issue however I believe it's actually sky themselves that have stopped providing email via Yahoo when I click on my email through my sky ID it says I am no longer able to create Yahoo Mail that's the only message I've got which means that they've obviously stopped it I think there were some emails that came out that looked like spam that told you what to do but I cannot find them if anyone can help me reactivate my account. I would be very much appreciated. Regards David

No Sky email is still provided via the Yahoo platform, however they haven't allowed creation of new addresses for some years.
Do you get that message if you try to sign in here:

When was the last time you logged into your online email account as that message doesn't mean Yahoo or Sky have stopped anything it means there is for some reason an issue with your login.

Yes that is correct that is where I get that message. I believe that sky has stopped my email. I'm wondering if there were some issues
