Can’t access emails as I have a new phone

Have a new phone and can't access emails on yahoo as it sends an authentication code to the old phone number. Which I don't have access to

If you kept a separate note of the Recovery Code as Sky recommended, you can use it to turn off 2 step verification and then set it up again using your new mobile number.
