Can't access Sky Email on Chrome but ok on android and Edge browser.

Anyone know what's happening with the Sky.com website? I can't access the help functions or my emails. Keep getting a message:

{"message":"Control character in cookie value or attribute."}

 No idea what it means but I have cleared my cache and browsing history but still no good. I can access email on Microsoft Edge and my android phone but I prefer Google Chrome.

Any ideas any one?

It's definitely a cookie issue. Before you clear your browser cache, make sure you've closed all Sky.com websites.

(Works fine on Chrome for me)

That won't clear the cookies, which is where the problem is.

@Mark39 Thank you. I made sure all sites closed and cleared cache and cookies again.

This time it let me put in username/password, then flipped back to the previous message.

Weird!

Just tried an 'incognito' browser in Chrome and that has worked perfectly!
