When you signed up to 2FA you were given a recovery code so if you didn't make a note of it then check the email you were also sent as you can use this to turn this off and then set it up with your new number.

 

If you don't have access to this then you will have to contact Sky and ask then to deactivate this for you. Do note that there is a few days turn around on doing this so do not let the adviser wrongly tell you to go to Yahoo as they will not be able to help.

You'll have to call Sky, in that case, amd they'll turn off 2 step verification for you. It may take a while

Yahoo emails

Hi, I have had a new phone and tryed tolog into my emails. I carnt remember my password and the Mobile number I have on the account is old and I do not have the number anymore so I carnt get the access code. How do I recover my email account without the code as I need it for important emails etc

If you've set up 2 step verification and made a separate note of the Recovery Code as Sky recommended, you can use it to turn off 2 step login. You can then set it up again with the new number.

 

If you didn't, you'll have to call Sky and they'll be able to turn off 2 step login for you, though it may take a while.
