Can’t Access my Sly email account via Yahoo on my iPad

I receive the message "You don't have permission to access ........L on this server.

Reference .........

 

curiously, no such problem on my iPhone12!

And when I try to access my account via https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/ on my iPad I get the same "Access Denied" message

Are you using anything like a VPN, if so try disabling it.

With the VPN turned off still no access!

If you are using a Wifi connection try a reboot of your broadband router and also the device.

When you say it is working on the iPhone, is that on mobile and Wi-Fi?

If the iPhone is working on Sky's Wi-Fi, but the iPad isn't, it sounds like a problem with the iPad
