Have tried all online help guides provided by Sky. Still unable to access email account. Have tried resetting passwords, checking browser versions, clearing history and cookies. Any help welcome. Thank you

I keep getting told I donot have a Sky Email account but like many others I have had a Sky Email account for probably more than 15 years!!!!??? Any help welcome

Do you subscribe to any Sky services? If not, Sky delete your email account if you don't log in regularly.
Are you logging in to the correct Sky ID?

If so what happens when you select Yahoo Mail, from the drop down menu under your name, top right?

It says you do not have an email account? have used regularly but suddenly no way of accessing?
