If it has been deleted online, also make sure it is deleted from the trash/bin folder.

 

Then try deleting the app on your iphone before installing it again then logging into it again.

THANK YOU @caesarome @your suggestion seems to have worked, it's been 24hrs and nothing has re-appeared.  Thank you to everyone else who took time to respond to my question.  I really appreciated it.
