Apparently, when I send an email from my computer it shows as having come from Acc-ount U....? What can I do to rectify this?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAsuming you are logging online at Sky.com to access your emails then try this:
Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Select your email account.
And make sure your name is correct and if it isn't change it.
Then logout and change your password:
