Accessing email whilst abroad last time we went away I couldn't access my emails want to know how tI

Last time we went away I couldn't access my emails o want yo make sure we don't have this problem on my next trip.Any help appreciated.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Depending on where you're going, you may have difficulties. Connections to some locations are blocked by Sky for security reasons. You may be able to use a VPN as a workaround to allow you to log in.
