Access my sky / yahoo emails via other account e.g. outlook

I can't seem to find anywhere on this website the account info to enable getting my email via another email app. Normally you just enter your email address and password and thats it but it doesn't seem to work with my sky.com email address.

Anyone else had this problem?

You probably need to use an app password in place of your normal Sky password. This guide explains and provides a link to the app password generator: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/problems-accessing-sky-mail-from-your-email-app
