Long story short:
The Problem:
As I am sure you've guessed the 2FA is set up through old phone no and therefore unable to receive and enter any new codes.
I have my username, password etc. but not the backup codes as I copied these and sent them on an email to that email address like a right doughnut.
HELP!!!!!!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWithout access to the Recovery Code to turn off 2 step verification, you'll have to call Sky, I'm afraid. There's a team who deal with such scenarios but knowledge of their existence seems to be a bit patchy amongst the front line advisers. You may have to persevere.
